The Reedy Creek subdivision is a newer development consisting of 1 to 1+ acre lots conveniently located to Interstate 64 in Louisa County Virginia. Reedy Creek is a rural community with close proximity to shopping and restaurants in Louisa, Mineral, Gordonsville and Zion Crossings.

We are close to two hospitals in Charlottesville: Sentara Martha Jefferson and University of Virginia Medical Center. Both have outpatient care facilities located in Zion Crossroads.

The town of Louisa is home to our county police department as well as our Fire and Rescue Department.

Our elementary school is Moss Nuckols Elementary which serves grades K-5 and about 619 students. It is conveniently located on Route 208 between two of our subdivision entrances (Richardson Drive off of Courthouse Road and Reedy Creek off of Jack Jouett). Louisa County Middle School (6th - 8th grade) and Louisa County High School (9th-12th grades) are located between the towns of Louisa and Mineral and are about 14 miles from Reedy Creek.

We have Firefly high speed internet through CVEC!

We feel that this is the perfect area to move to and raise the family, or retire! We are a quiet, rural community with lots of farm land but close to businesses and modern conveniences. Check us out!
